Drawing and Painting Calendar

 

Students will be starting a project that works with one of the principles of design, repetiton. Student will choose an object to draw and then they will work with cropping, value and repetition to create a composition. Attached is an example of a previous students art work. Each section that you draw will be a 3x3 in box. You need to have 12 sections on your completed piece. Print off a black and white picture of what you would like to draw and grid it with 1x1 in. boxes. Choose your 12 sections from this.
